The Board of Governors
The Board of Governors of The Cope Primary School take a very keen and dedicated interest in the life and well being of the school, staff and pupils. They are committed and are highly supportive of the work of the school and work closely with the principal and staff to ensure that The Cope Primary School is a quality school meeting the needs of the children and the community that it serves.
The Governors have considerable responsibility for the management, curriculum, maintenance of premises, staff appointments, admissions, enrolment, community links and pastoral care including child protection and discipline.
The Chairperson of our Board of Governors is Mr M. Allen.
The Designated Governor for Child Protection is Mrs S. Ross
